I need to create goals for my student.

To create a goal or goal and objective in your students packet you select the Manage Goal and Objective button and then +Goal on the right. 

Enter your selections in the drop downs. Should the Area of Need have a Standard you will need check mark a standard for Continue to be active. 

Then check mark the goal. Choose continue to create the goal.
